Inside the Studio - Working

Almost 2 years ago I changed my focus to portraiture sculptures of human busts. Although I will continue to produce other type pieces alongside, there is no turning back for me. I have found my passion. I spent these years self-learning anatomy of the face and neck, and with the help of a hair stylist friend, how to form hair in different flows, shapes and styles. I am at the point now where I've perfected my techniques and am eager for new and differing challenges.

For the past couple of months, one of my projects is of a partial family consisting of a mother and her three children (the father comes at a later stage). Due to their age I cannot identify these children, but their reference photographs do rest in Private Galleries within this site. However, I will share progress photos below and periodically keep them updated.
