To achieve final beauty, stages of growth and even imperfection occurs along the way. As with all things in life, sculpting in wood and stone is a process - a process that requires continuous reevaluation and adaption. I may stand mostly alone here, but I elect to show all the blemishes, warts and scars along the way to achieving beauty. This page provides a glimpse of changes over a short span, but does not hide anything.

My goal, especially with portrait busts, is to blend the soul of the person that I am sculpting with the outer beauty that we all possess. There is no giving up until it is found.
